Puglia Holiday Rentals has been operating since 2009, and specialise in providing high quality holiday properties in Puglia, many of which are ideally suited for families with young children.
We endeavour to create long term partnerships with our property owners so that we can work together to maximize the potential and quality of each property. As we regularly visit all the properties on our portfolio we can discuss your individual needs prior to any booking thus ensuring that the property you choose is the one that best suits your requirements. We will never recommend a property we think may be unsuitable.
Before your departure from home we will send you an information pack designed to help you get the most out of your trip and to ensure that everything runs to plan. The pack will include detailed directions to your villa or meeting point, useful tips for your arrival at the airport, and a list of activities that are available at additional cost and require advance notice.
We pride ourself on our local knowledge and we always aim to give our customers the best possible advice to ensure a perfect holiday in this wonderful region of Italy.We will always go the extra mile to ensure we exceed your expectations.
We recognise that planning a holiday doesn't fit within normal office hours so we can be contactable any day of the week, both during the day and in the evening.
Unlike other companies, we do not charge service fees when you book

If you're looking for an agent, look no further. Having been tentative and slightly anxious newcomers to the rental market, we have found Jackie and Sheree completely brilliant. These women really know how to do this, and are efficient, business like but friendly, proactive, and full of suggestions and advice regarding the property and how to sell it, and always do what they say. We had a minor disaster in the villa, while there were guests resident, and despite it being peak season, they were able to deal with every aspect of the emergency, calmly, efficiently and reassuringly to all parties. I was very impressed by Puglia Holiday Rentals and Jackie in particular. They know all the properties really well, and live in Puglia as well as the UK so have an intimate knowledge of the area. They respond very quickly and were extremely well organised. This review is more about the high standard of service from PHR and also the understanding of the villa owners. PHR deal with guests on a personal level, not just a 9-5 service. They respond quickly and really do care! We were so disappointed when our booking in 2020 could not go ahead. Jackie responded to my email with a phone call so we could go through the options. Long story short, the owners were happy to defer the booking, despite not being contractually obliged to do so, to a date to suit us as and when we could travel. Huge relief. Sadly the next booking was halted in 2021 and again no problem deferring. Jackie rang us and made sure we were happy with everything. We cannot recommend the PHR team and this villa enough. The masseria was perfect, very well equipped. The BBQ and Pizza oven nice touch. The pool area is large and the kids loved it there. We where group of 14; kids, parents and grandparents. The only downside is that the children room is downstairs, while all the other rooms where on the main floor. All communication with Jackie before arrival was smooth and rapid response. After we arrived Antonio took over and he was very helpful and rapid response. Highly recommended! Jun 2022

After 2 summer holidays in Puglia my friend and I were keen to spend more time there and Jackie from PHR suggested we might rent an apartment for 6 months. This seemed a great idea but we wouldn't have known where to start looking or how much to expect it to cost. Jackie's local knowledge made this possible and she found us an ideal apartment in Martina Franca to view, and then we met with her and the Italian owner (who spoke little English) and she negotiated the terms for us.
Jackie has been amazingly helpful, friendly and very straightforward to deal with, anticipating our needs and making lots of useful suggestions. We are now installed in our pied-a-terre and enjoying getting to know the area. I would recommend PHR for their expertise and connections to anyone wanting to find a location and property in Puglia for long or short term rental. Apr 2015

LUCREZIA'S meals offered excellent ingredients and showed a very light touch. Her mussels / sea bass on our last evening were excellent. We all had a wonderful stay which totally lived up to our expectations. I was slightly worried about booking it over the internet but your efficiency and promptness at getting back to me, by either email or telephone, alleviated that anxiety. The Villa lived up to its description and photos on the website.The Villa was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We really could not fault it and was the perfect size for 11 of us. Lots of helpful information both before our arrival and when we arrived and you were very prompt at meeting us at the garage. We would just like to congratulate you on the way you run your company from start to finish. You made our honeymoon perfect. We did not have to ring you once in two weeks which is a testament to the way you have set up the villas and directions from the airport saved the usual family stress trying to find our villa.
