The villa has been absolutely perfect for our family. We have loved splashing about in the pool (and Ollie has learnt to swim!) We don't want to leave!! We will be back !!

This has been an amazing family holiday. During our two weeks here we've celebrated three birthdays including a 21st and an 80th. We've also been fortunate in being able to celebrate spectacular GCSE results. The villa is stunning and we have been made to feel so very welcome by Mariangela, Giuseppina and Giuseppe who have thoughtfully provided everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable one. If you get the chance make sure you take the opportunity to hear Giuseppe playing the tuba in one of the wonderful open-air classical concerts that take place in the region throughout the summer. There are beautiful villages to visit and spectacular walks to enjoy. This has for us been the holiday of a lifetime!

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Sud Est. Once again the weather and facilities surpassed our expectations.

The welcome from Marieangela, Gisa, Guiseppi and the beautiful Carlotta puts you right at ease. No request is too big or small and the advice from our hosts for places to go was amazing.

Visit Ostuni and Bar Riccardo for a cocktail reclining on the luxury beanbags outside watching the sunset. Head for beach lido Morelli for a dip in the clear waters of the Adriatic or simply stay home and watch the sun go down behind the Olive trees.

We could not have hoped for a more peaceful break away. We will be returning.

We had a lovely time in Puglia; the villa was absolutely lovely but second to the warmth of the welcome we received from Guiseppina. She left us with lots of information about beautiful places to see in the surrounding area and an abundance of welcome gifts. We will definitely be back to enjoy the tranquil surroundings and relax by the pool.

All of the restaurants that were recommended were great. Go to Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare; Polignano is a funky, hip town. On the beach! Thank you for a wonderful set of memories

We have had a wonderful holiday here at the villa Sud-Est, we've loved the local food markets, most evenings have been spent cooking and eating with friends staying nearby and watching the beautiful sunset.

We had a fantastic week at Villa SudEst. It is tucked away in a peaceful valley of olive tree groves so feels secluded and private but it is only a few minutes drive into the lovely village of Cisternino and 15-30 minutes to a range of other lovely towns and villages to explore. The villa is newly built, very clean and spacious and extremely well equipped and i can't imagine there is anything that anyone would need that is not provided. The hosts were lovely and helpful with any questions we had. They were also very thoughtful in leaving us a welcome package. Great pool and much time was spent between it and the sun loungers! We also cooked a lot on the bbq, watching the sun go down from the terrace - altogether lovely stay and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful, tasteful villa in very quiet elevated position. Excellent views of Cisternino and surrounding countryside. Kitchen comprehensively stocked with pans, plates etc also an outside kitchen next to BBQ. 3 spacious bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom with quality fittings. Pool well maintained with separate shower room.Effective AC keeps kitchen area and bedrooms comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and justifiably proud of the property - communication is efficient and prompt. Cisterninio town/bakery just 5minute drive away, 40minutes to north coast.

The service from PHR was excellent. It was extremely efficient and Jackie was really responsive. Everything was exactly as it should be and it meant that we had 2 great weeks in Puglia in a really beautiful property. The property owners were also really accommodating. Will definitely book with PHR again.

We stayed in the villa for a week between 20-27 August. The family met us in the afternoon in the village and since than everything was magical. The family is so nice and the welcoming was great. The house is amazing. All new and equipped with all needed. The pool and the outdoor area is really nice and our kids didn't want to leave the house. The area of the house is so beautiful and the villages around are so pleasant and fun to travel to. This is the perfect place to tour Puglia region. The family is taking care of everything and nothing is left open. Simply perfect!!!

We stayed at the villa for 10 days, four adults and two young children, and the villa worked very well for us. The villa is new and well designed, with a large functional kitchen-diner, two good sized bathrooms and comfortable attractive bedrooms. The pool was very well maintained and clean. The large terrace and grill area is designed for outdoor living and looks out over an olive grove and the surrounding countryside. It was a peaceful location, and took just a few minutes to drive into Cisternino, an attractive hilltop town with good restaurants, shops, and a local market on Mondays. A minor drawback was that it was a little bit further from the coast than we would have liked (not being used to the roads and area, it took us longer than 15 minutes to get there) but it is a great location for visiting the historic hilltop towns of Puglia. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, even providing us with the makings of a meal when we arrived too late to cook for the children. There was a range of basic food items in the kitchen so it was easy to get going with the self-catering. The agents were very helpful and efficient.

Villa SudEst Luogo incantevole ideale per trascorrere una settimana in relax,dotata di tutti i confort e curata nei minimi particolari . Ottima accoglienza e ospitalità da parte delle proprietarie con le quali si è instaurato subito un buon feeling. La villa è situata in un punto strategico che ci ha consentito di raggiungere in poco tempo le spiagge e i piccoli borghi del territorio. BELLISSIMA VACANZA

In the most beautiful and tranquil setting. We enjoyed the pool and the villa has pretty much everything we needed!! The accommodation is great and finished to a very high standard. The owners are lovely people who will bend over backwards to make your stay as easy as possible. We can't wait to come back again soon, it's been wonderful!! Thank you so much. A couple of recommendations: Go to market in Cisternino on Monday for your fruit and veg - sooo cheap and delicious. Cibus in Ceglie Messapica 20 mins, Giardini 36 in Cisternino 10 minutes. We will be returning

We had a great stay at the villa. The rooms were fresh and clean, and very well done for a new villa. The outdoor facilities are excellent- pool, patio and outdoor kitchen! Cisternino is on the doorstep with a lovely old town, and the villa is in a great location for other attractions in Puglia. We highly recommend the villa, and our hosts were very helpful with our check in and check out.
