The price is based on up to 6 persons and is rented only as a whole.

Should you require use of the sofabed for an extra person there is extra charge of £30 per day

There is a minimum stay of 5 nights

All bookings are subject to a contract which you must sign.

The price includes all utilities, wifi, linen, towels, pool towels and the final clean when you leave.

As a BONUS to your stay there is a complimentary breakfast on the first morning which includes

Coffee and teas, croissants, pastries and home made muffins, cereals, juices, toast with home made jam and marmalade, fresh seasonal fruit.

AND

A Pizza evening cooked on-site by the owner who is a proffesional chef which includes:

A selection of antipasti, one pizza per person and a dessert per person which will depend on seasonal ingredients (mostly home grown ingredients)

Drinks are not included.

50% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

There is a security deposit required ON ARRIVAL of £200 or 250 euros, which ever you prefer.  This is returned to you as you leave providing you haven't broken or damaged anything.  

Please note you will not be given keys to the property until your provide the deposit for which you will be given a receipt.

CANCELLATION   

Should you have to cancel your holiday refunds will be made on the following basis:

121 days or more notice: 100% refund of deposit

60-120 days' notice: 50% refund of deposit

Less than 60 days' notice: having paid in full - 25% refund of total

Less than 30 days' notice: having paid in full - no refund unless the dates can be resold

If any of the cancelled period is re-sold, a pro rata refund will be made based on the rental received and any refund already made. Admin fees are non-refundable.

In addition to the above, a deduction of GBP150 administration fee will be made from the refund. 

Puglia Holiday Rentals will not be liable for any bank or other transfer charges resulting from a refund. 

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Should local legislation, either in Italy or your home country, prevent you from travelling because of COVID-19, the cancellation policy for this would be:

50% cash refund, or

100% transfer of the money received against a stay at the property on an alternative date and for the same number of nights.

If any of the cancelled period is re-let, a pro rata refund will be made based on the rental received and any refund already made less an amount of GBP150.00, administration fee. Admin fees are non-refundable.

CHILDREN

Children ages 13 plus are welcome at the property.

PETS

The owner already has 2 friendly dogs, cat and chickens on the property to give you fresh eggs, therefore no extra

animals are permitted.

EVENTS

Events are not permitted at the property.
