As you drive up the hills towards the villa you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the olive groves and sea below. As you pass through the gates of the villa past the wide sweeping lawns and main house you will arrive at the apartment which although attached to the main villa is quite independent and private. 

Stepping through the main door into the spacious hallway you will be welcomed with a reflection of yourself on the wall mirror which has small semi circular table below.

The comfortable twin bedroom which has a double wardrobe, and bedside cabinet with lamp and is the first room on the right hand side along the corridor.  This room can also be made as a double room.  The window looks out onto the al fresco dining.

The large open plan kitchen and lounge - diner is on the opposite side of the corridor. The spacious kitchen has everything you would expect to find in a well equipped kitchen, including a large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The lounge-diner is furnished with a large sofa and armchair, coffee table, TV and DVD player, dining table with four chairs, a large dresser and an open fireplace. 

The spacious master bedroom is further along the corridor and is furnished with a large double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, a wardrobe and dresser. 

The modern bathroom lies at the end of the corridor where you can luxuriate in the full size bath or, if time is short, refresh yourself in the separate shower cubicle. There is also a heated towel rail, mirrored bathroom cabinet, large basin, toilet and bidet. There is also a hairdryer for gues use.

The windows all have mosquito nets, there is underfloor heating throughout the apartment and it is fully alarmed.  There is also an air-con unit which has been placed to serve the whole apartment.

If you can tear yourself away from the comfortable interior and venture outside, you will find amongst the manicured gardens a gas BBQ, children's playground with swings and see-saw which is surrounded by fruit trees, and last but not least the fabulous swimming pool. The pool measures 12m x 5.5m and is situated on a terraced area which has ample sun loungers and shade. There is also a pool shower and changing room nearby.

A short walk takes you to a fantastic view from the hill down across miles of land the town of Fasano and onto the sea.

Five minutes away by car you will find:

PARK HOTEL - The SPA and WELLNESS CENTRE is excellent and they have a couples private room in which there is a hot tub, sauna, shower and afterwards a couples massage of 30 minutes finished off by an aperitivo.  We highly recommend it and is very inexpensive.  The also have a small fitness area.

ZOOLANDIA a safari (by car). The biggest in Europe with animals coming to great you through the window of your car! There is also an amusement park with rides and various shows.

BEACHES

The beaches are 15 minutes drive and you will find plenty of restaurants, cafe/bars, ice cream parlours nearby.  From here there are miles and miles of beaches to choose from.  We are happy to suggest which ones to visit depending on what you like.

FURTHER AFIELD

No trip to Puglia would be complete with out a visit by car to:

FASANO - 10 minutes with an interested town, shops and a few restaurants.

LOCOROTONDO - 10 minutes another hilltop town with lovely meandering old town.  There is also a large supermarket on the way for all your needs.

AQUA EGNAZIA WATER PARK - 15 minutes away and opened in 2013 this water park has a huge walk-in pool with wave machine, large childrens pool is slides and water entertainment and for the thrill seakers flumes, slides and rubber tubes to ride in.

ALBEROBELLO - 15 minutes it is a UNSECO site and full of hundreds of trulli in the old town.  You can see how it must have been in days gone by.

MARTINA FRANCA - just over 15 minutes and has one of the biggest markets every Wednesday, a lovely old town and here we offer a free olive oil tour and tasting.

OSTUNI - 20 minutes as is often referred to the "White City on the hill."  A fabulous old town, lots of restaurants and cafe/bars.

POLIGNANO A MARE - 25 minutes away this wonderful seaside town captures everyones heart who visits.

GROTTAGLIE - 50 minutes and is famous for its ceramics found in Quartier dell Ceramiche.  We also love the very clever and artistic graffita found all around the town.

LECCE - 1 hour 10 minutes and is a must see with its famous old town, stepped in history, artisans on every corner, castle, many churches and lovely restaurants.

GALIPOLI - 1 hour 30 minutes.  This town is worth a days visit both in the old and new town.
