We booked the villa with no problem at all, the travel agency were brilliant at getting back to us promptly and helping us find our dream holiday! We have visited Italy nearly every year as a family but this has to be the best place we have visited. The villa was absolutely amazing, it was so clean, spacious, modern and had everything we needed as a family. The pool was superb, it was cleaned everyday and was a big pool exclusive to us. The surroundings were beautiful and the outdoor area was lovely, there was also a swing and a slide for my sons. The gardens were absolutely beautiful! Finally Vito and his family were the best hosts, they were so lovely and friendly and gave us excellent advise. It is definitely worth a visit to the safari park which is ten minutes away! We would definitely recommend this villa and Puglia! Beautifully!

I would highly recommend this apartment with private pool which is in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Although the apartment is in the owner's villa if you like privacy there is no issue whatsoever as you have private use of the pool and your own seating/bbq area. The outside space is so lovely it's hard to drag yourself away from it and go out but there is so much to see and do nearby. The owner, Vito is incredibly friendly and helpful as are all his family members. The apartment itself is lovely, modern and clean with air conditioning. We had a fantastic week!

The villa was exceptionally clean and more spacious than the pictures show. The kitchen is fully equipped and all utensils are highly clean. There are plenty of tea towels, towels, and pool towels to use as well as extra bath mats. The beds are comfortable and the whole set up is great for a relaxing holiday. We used the pool often and Vito cleaned it every morning. You have your own entrance and key and can come and go as you please and although the owners live on site it was very relaxing. Vito even put himself out when our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive on a different day and a lot later in the evening than intended. The apartment is within easy distance for visiting Ostuni, Locorotondo, Lecce, Taranto, Martina France, Alberobello etc. There are restaurants within 10 minutes drive that are superb. We especially liked The Grande Quercia, not only for the food but the atmosphere. ( we visited 3 times! ) Overall we would recommend this apartment for a family. We are a family of 4 with two teenage children.

Myself, my husband and 2 daughters (aged 15 and 19), have just returned from 2 fabulous weeks staying in Villa Madia. The villa is in a perfect location for discovering Puglia. We visited the towns of Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Polignano, Alberobello and Ostuni, all of which were stunning. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and was equipped with everything needed. The pool area was fabulous, set in beautifully maintained gardens and kept spotlessly clean. Vito and his family were lovely, they made us so welcome and were on hand to offer advice, but were never intrusive. I would highly recommend Villa Madia and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

We had a very nice stay in apartment Madia. Vito and Tina were most welcoming hosts ensuring that we had everything that we needed for our duration. The pool was exceptional with a springboard at one end and deep enough to dive into. The apartment itself had everything that we needed for the 3 of us, very well furnished, exceptionally clean and tidy.

A lovely stay in a very quiet location. The apartment on the ground floor of the house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area. Tina and Vito are very helpful and hospitable. There are available in the main house if needed but not intrusive. It was very nice to have a source of local knowledge to give advice to us for sightseeing and shopping. The garden is large and beautifully maintained and the large but unheated pool was for our own use. Our stay coincided with the village festival in Selva so it was nice to see the locals enjoying a night out. Set high on the hill above the coastal plain there are terrific views from many of the local roads and is centrally located for visits to a large number of the famous tourist destinations.

We stayed in August 2017 with our two children (4 & 6). The apartment is ideal for a family and is well equipped, as described. Vito and his lovely family were very welcoming, and took the time to show us local restaurants and sights of Selva di Fasano. They struck exactly the right balance of being there if we needed help but giving privacy and space to enjoy the property. The pool was a particular hit with our children, and was clean and well maintained. The position is great for visiting the surrounding countryside and towns, and we particularly enjoyed Alborobello, Ostuni, and the caves at Castellana, though Cisterano, Polignano, and Martina Franco are also within a short drive. Thoroughly recommended!!

We travelled in September with our two young children (3yrs and 7 months) and picked this apartment because of the pool which we would have to ourselves and the security that brings with young children. The apartment is an annexe of a large house in its own wonderfully landscaped gardens and we couldn't have been more impressed. The owners are very pleasant and always check you are ok, but you never get the impression that anyone is nearby. The apartment is well equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher, satalite TV, washing machine etc and outdoor dining table as well as a gas BBQ and the pool and sun loungers. It's all kept very clean and the owner Vito bought us a microwave and high chair and organised a cot when we requested these items before we arrived. The property is located in the hills outside of Fasano and is perfect for short trips to Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello and Lecce. There are several good restaurants within a 10 minute drive or the places mentioned above all have great restaurants. We couldn't have been more impressed with the accommodation or the owners, we were even shown how to switch on the pool lights and pump if we wanted to go for a late night swim!

The apartment is very good furnished and equipped. The apartment is located within the big house of the owner. You get the necessary privacy as you wish. A little chat with the owner gets you the necessary tips for the to-do surrounding visiting and restaurants. Big (deep) pool, so kids need to have the necessary swimming skills. This is a truly relaxing place in Apulia. The apartment has also a central location with the region for the visiting (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Bari, Lecce, Polignano a Mare, ...).

A really great place to rent for holiday. The apartment is set within the grounds of a larger private Villa where the owners live. Wonderful gardens and pool area, perfectly maintained and cleaned every day. The owners are especially kind and helpful but also leave you the privacy you need. The apartment is fitted out perfectly like new, clean and has all the fittings, fixtures and equipment you need. There is outside furniture and a BBQ also. The pool area is amazing, large pool and always for your own use. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.
